ICT Support
• HQ based user support
• Installation and maintenance of PC’s, printers, devices as approved through the process
• Collating and maintaining ICT hardware inventory
• Collating and maintaining user details
• Processing forms as required
Data Network
• Support and maintenance of active network components
• Support and maintenance of network connectivity
• Support and maintenance of wireless network
• Support and maintenance of VOIP Network and components
• Backup and recovery procedures
Server Farm
• Support and maintenance of all servers, storage and backup systems
• Ensuring policies and procedures are applied
• Tape library control
• Active Directory
• User and access policies
• Microsoft Exchange

Data Center
• Maintenance of data center component
