We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Sustainability and Environmental Manager to join our award winning team based within our Dubai Office.
This critical role will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the Sustainability Division and providing assistance with the delivery of our projects, liaising with clients and identifying future opportunities.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include
• Working directly on design deliverables, including technical reports and presentations.
• Identifying opportunities and prioritization of the tailored approach to delivery.
• Assisting in the preparation of tender proposals for the Sustainability, Environmental and Waste department as well as cross discipline bids within other KEO divisions.
• Attending marketing events and conferences to build a network of relationships to assist in the growth of the business.
• Delivering technical presentations to clients.
• Ensuring quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols and document flow procedures are followed and successfully implemented.
• Delivering sustainability ratings such as GSAS, Estidama, Ceequal and LEED on projects and reports to a high standard.
• Demonstrating knowledge of Sustainability, Environmental and Solid Waste management legislative requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the renewable energy sector.

Requirements

Qualifications
• To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years career experience in Sustainability, Environment and Solid Waste management from planning to design and monitoring. Successful candidates are expected to possess a Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Chartered status and / or Professional Membership will be viewed favourably.
• Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are preferred.
