Job Purpose
To maintain Enterprise Level of Systems, Services and Solutions, and be able to handle and support the rapid changes and development on IT Technologies. Also to Support / Administer / Maintain various IT systems and ensure all systems are at the highest level of availability and performance for the business uses and customers

Key Accountabilities
* Maintain and administer Enterprise Servers, Storages, Solutions and Data Centre appliances, including on-prim, cloud, physical and virtual environments and all related configurations
* Provide advance skills in Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and provide root cause analysis and preventive procedures
* Perform Enterprise Infrastructure Systems Monitoring and Upgrades to maintain highest standards of performance and security on an Enterprise scale across various platforms and locations
* Participate in Enterprise Solution and Product selections and evaluation process
* Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
* Provide Advance Management and Optimization of Enterprise Data Backup, Restore and Disaster Recovery Solutions across all sites and cloud resources
* Provide Advance Technical Support, Configuration, Monitoring and Maintenance for Enterprise Infrastructure Messaging/Email, Endpoint Protection and Security Solutions
* Perform periodic Review and Analysis the Solutions and Equipment to optimize cost and enhance performance
* Implement and provide advance technical support for voice services and equipment, such as private branch exchange, voice mail system, and telecom system
* Perform 2nd and 3'rd level support for Systems and Desktop engineers
* Provide the Projects team with technical recommendations and support during the course of the project
* Create and configure SSL Certificates for critical internal and published services
* Plan, coordinate, and implement software and infrastructure security measures to protect data, software and hardware

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in related field

Experience
* 5 to 7 years' experience as System Administrator
* Enterprise experience in Windows Operating Systems (core, management, troubleshooting, Event logs)
* Enterprise experience in Windows Rolls/Features (Domain Controller, KMS, DNS, WSUS, DHCP, AD)
* Enterprise experience in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
* Enterprise experience in Virtualization - VMWare & Hyper-V technologies
* Enterprise Experience in Storage and Backup Solutions
* Advance Technical experience in Email Archiving Solutions

Job Description
Advance Technical experience in End Point protection, Security Solutions and SSL Certificates
* Advance Technical experience in Azure Active Directory and Domain Controller services
* Advance experience in SAND-box, AntiSpam and Internet Proxy Solutions
* Advance experience in at least one of the ITSM Solutions like Manage Engine, Service Now, BMC Solutions etc.
* Technical experience in Cloud Solutions (Workloads, Services and Resource Management)

Knowledge & Skills
* Advance Administration and Technical Knowledge in Mobile Device Management
* Administrative and Technical Knowledge in Microsoft CRM, MS Azure AD and MS Tenants Administration
* Administrative and Technical Knowledge in WSUS and Windows Patching
* Administrative and Technical Knowledge in CCTV and Call recording systems
* Microsoft License Management, Optimization and Compliance
