Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior System Specialist. This role requires deep technical expertise in ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will work closely with management and IT teams to enhance system efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical system implementation, configuration, and integration.
• Optimize ERP, AI-driven tools, and IT workflows to improve efficiency.
• Analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements and automation.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system integrity.
• Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to support IT projects.

• Sharp, highly adaptable, and a very fast learner in new technologies and business systems.
• Proven experience in system architecture, ERP implementation, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong technical expertise in database management, cloud solutions, and automation tools.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business workflows through technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Must be based in Dubai or available for on-site work when required.
