Employment: Full Time

A well-known institution based in Dubai is looking for a well-experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruiter - Emirati national. For this role, our client expects the person to manage the company's recruitment requirements and ensure all vacancies are filled with the right candidate by effectively meeting Key Performance Indicators.

- Be accountable for departmental vacancies and ensure Key Performance Indicators and targets are effectively met.
- Proactively plan and manage recruitment activities for all positions within the relevant departments by conducting campaigns, sourcing and short-listing candidates, conducting skills and personality testing, assessing behavioral competencies, and offering negotiation with line managers.
- Manage vacancy and candidate records on the recruitment system and ensure that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
- Effectively utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants for the company.
- Identify and manage Recruitment Suppliers, therefore, ensuring a consistent quality and cost-efficient service is provided to the business.
- Support Departmental Managers by understanding their recruitment needs and ensuring they delivered against by the recruitment team
- Ensure all section and department managers receive weekly updates and progress reports of recruitment activities and progress on targets
- Manage recruitment advertising and agency budget and ensure all activities are within the allocated budget.
- Support the Manager- Recruitment in the implementation of strategic objectives and promote best recruitment practices, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value added services.


To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

- Must have a degree in HR / Business Management or any related courses; having an additional HR qualification would be a plus
- Must be willing to work in Dubai
- Must be an UAE national with family book and passport
- Should have at least 8-10 years of work experience in HR, with more focus on doing talent acquisition / recruitment
- Willing to work in a demanding work environment
- Able to recruit different roles from junio to senior positions
