Job description / Role
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the hiring of talent and assist the company in hiring and building a strong employment brand.
This role will primarily focus on driving the talent acquisition function by facilitating to finding and retaining excellent employees for the company. This needs to be done through continued practise and implementation of industry best practices. This role will also be responsible to explore various methods of discovering and building a strong employment brand so as to attract talents.
- Develop, recommend and drive the successful execution of day to day talent acquisition operations thereby ensuring that the business interests and goals are achieved.
- Develop & recommend talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans in order to enable recruitment of talented resources, keeping in mind diversity & company culture.
- Lead & roll out various employment branding initiatives to attract talents.
- Define current staffing needs and produce manpower forecasts to ensure that the manpower requirements are timely catered across the company.
- Responsible for the total management of talent acquisition policies and procedures and ensure their compliance to the systems, structures and standards set by various business units.
- Use various methodologies & assessments to identify skills required for various positions and apply the same to hiring the right talent.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process, not limited to sourcing & screening candidates, calls, scheduling interviews etc. and liaising with various department heads to ensure closing of requirements and attaining optimum satisfaction.
- Act as a focal point for the department heads & management and ensure timely communication of manpower requirements and recruitment status; at the same time assisting them in closing critical requirements.
- Partner with recruitment agencies & participate in various career fairs to drive the staffing agenda to ensure the identifcation and hiring of the best candidate for the organization.
Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate level in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources.
- A certification in HR or CIPD/CHRM will be a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of Experience, Min 5 years in a senior talent acquisition role or in a succession of assignments in various disciplines.
- Should have worked extensively in various strategic initiatives to identify specialists and leaders for an organization.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Computer Proficiency
Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 AED plus standard benefits
