We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

Supervise NAV calculation, fund activities, journal entries, and accounts and perform regulatory reporting to ensure that essential standards are met in the administration of ADCBu2019s in-house mutual funds.

Supervise subscription, redemption, transfer of investment securities like mutual funds, bond, exchange traded funds, equity, structured notes, portfolio maintenance and valuation, corporate actions, fees, and reports to ensure accuracy of customer portfolios.

Supervise settlements and custodial activities to ensure reconciliation of custodian and customer portfolios.

Authorize internal vouchers, Flexcube entries and external remittances to ensure smooth settlement of trade.

Ensure that adequate controls are developed and implemented for all back office activities in order to ensure smooth flow of operations.

Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

At least 5 years of experience in banking operations (preferably with an investment background)

Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or commerce

Securities (investment) product knowledge

Wealth management product/services knowledge

Wealth management systems knowledge
