Job description / Role
My client is one of the most renowned global design firms currently involved on a number of projects within Hospitality, Retail, Mixed-Use and Residential sectors.
As part of their continued development, they are looking for a technically strong Senior Architect in Dubai for the long-term growth of the organisation.
We are looking for candidates with proven track records of involvement at various stages of Schematic, DD and Production of technically demanding projects.
Key Activities (But not limited to):
- Drawing and reviewing design packages throughout each stage with primary focus on Schematic and DD
- Proficient knowledge of various building regulations, specifications, construction standards within the UAE
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and able to lead a team
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience within Architecture design particularly delivery
- Must have a Bachelor’s qualification in Architecture
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of various projects
- Previous experience of working within reputable design practices
- Strong proficiency in REVIT
- Good communication skills
