Senior Technical Architect

Job description / Role

We have an exciting opportunity for talented Architects who specialise in delivery looking to make the next step in their careers.

The Architecture practice I am partnered with has a secured pipeline of projects through the rest of the year within large residential developments including branded residences and luxury hospitality. The management team have been commended in publications and design related articles for their vision.

I'm looking for those with UAE experience (must be present in the UAE), technically strong and client-facing.

The right candidate will have experience managing project packages from concept to IFC, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, strong attention to detail and technical knowledge.

You must be able to communicate effectively and be confident in presenting to clients.

UAE experience is key due to the developers that the firm is partnered with.

This position will have plenty of progression as the leadership is looking for someone with personality and character that will make further steps in development and become part of the management team in the near future.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Architecture
- Must have a strong academic background
- Must have relevant project experience i.e. large residential developments, branded hospitality/residences, luxury villas etc
- Attention to detail is necessary particulalry when dealing with project complexities
- Must have worked in reputable firms in the UAE

Salary:
AED 26,000 to 31,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
