A leading Global Solutions Provider focusing in business transformation for enterprises in the area of customer experience management (CEM) requires a Senior Technical CRM Resource.
Job Location: Dubai, UAE (onsite)
Responsibilities as Technical Lead:
• Supporting CRM Sales and Service functionality with Business
• Building the Infra for the CRM environments
• Working with other Dev teams for Integrations
• Handle the current systems and complete code
Requirements
• Open to any nationality
• Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience as Senior Technical CRM Resource
• Extensive knowledge of CRM Capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with a team
Salary offer up to 20,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications)
