Senior Technician

Job description / Role

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Senior Technician to join our team. The Senior Technician will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead a team of junior technicians.

Responsibilities;
- Oversee and perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions.
- Lead and supervise a team of junior technicians, providing training and guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective maintenance support.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
