Job description / Role
• Manage and lead team of technicians & helpers to provide Building Facilities maintenance services with HSE & Scheduling compliance
• Supervise Earth works, Concrete, Masonry works, Aluminium & Carpentry works, Painting works, Architectural works and underground works
• Supervise and guide to carryout gypsum wall partition works, aluminium trims, raised floor works, false ceiling works, gypsum ceiling etc.
Requirements
• Open to Indian, Bangladesh and Pakistani candidates
• Male, 24 to 36 years old
• High school diploma or certificate in any equivalent field
• With at least 2 years of hands-on experience on the same field
• Must have a valid Civil License
• Knowledge of MEP works and coordination with modules proficiency
• Excellent problem-solving ability with multi-discipline skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
