Charterhouse is working with an Iconic Luxury Brand who are looking to hire a Senior Education Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing effective training strategies for the Middle East markets.
This unique opportunity requires an enthusiastic and result-oriented individual with experience in luxury beauty industry. The Senior Training and Education Manager will manage the training and education strategies for the GCC region with a focus on UAE and KSA. The role will report to the Marketing Director and will have 2 direct and 8 indirect reports. Therefore, strong leadership skills are must. This role will be responsible for defining the training strategies and execution of the training action plans for the regional retail teams, working closely with the international HQ to identify the specific needs of the Middle East market.
This is a 360 hands-on role and the successful candidate will lead, motivate and drive the teams across the region to succeed. Being very accessible and having a team spirit is essential for this role. As the role oversees multiple countries, monthly travelling to KSA, Qatar and Kuwait will be required. he Senior Training and Education Manager will plan, manage and deliver in-class trainings, field coaching, seasonal seminars and other education activities.
In addition, the role will oversee the learning and development, performance management, talent acquisition and management and will support the retail performance of the stores and the in-store teams. his is a strategic role which best suits an individual with a strong business acumen and the ability to analyse the markets and create and execute successful long-term plans.
To be considered for this role you should have minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Regional Retail Trainer or Education Manager, within Beauty sector. You should have a bachelor’s or master’s Degree in business or equivalent. You must be very passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry and the latest trends. Experience in in-class training, field coaching and setting KPIs is a must.
For this role, you should be proficient in using video editing software. Excellent communications skills in English both written and verbal are a must and fluency in Arabic and French is an advantage.
