Employment: Full Time

As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will be responsible to leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify, develop, and execute opportunities for process efficiency and reducing waste across the business. You will drive process change and monitor process performance across the entire organisation.

Description

* Identify areas of process improvement to enable the business to perform to its optimum ability
* Participate in the analysis of the day-to-day problems in order to understand the root cause, and propose/implement corrective actions
* Promote and facilitate continuous improvement groups around the problems that require a collective approach
* Create strong business cases for projects that serve as a filter and stage gate on prioritization
* Develop and own short and long term process transformation roadmap
* Design, develop, and deploy cross-functional process improvement initiatives, either through leading individually or facilitating via department leads
* Engage and manage consultants to deliver work streams in mid-large scale process transformation projects
* Implement new processes using advanced change management and stakeholder management techniques
* Deploy new disruptive innovations, tools, technologies and methodologies that support process efficiency through pilots and/or launch in practice
* Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of implemented processes
* Analyse the performance and trends of processes through KPI analysis and reporting
* Identify and set-up process/system controls to sustain implemented changes and solutions.

Requirements

* 8+ years of business experience including demonstrated track record in one or more of retail, F&B, hospitality, or recreational industry
* 4+ years' experience in leading business transformation, operational excellence, technology adoption or process engineering projects across multiple industries
* LSS Green Belt or Black Belt or similar certification
* Deep experience developing and delivering comprehensive, actionable change management plans for change projects
* Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and leadership skills
* Ability to create strong business cases for projects and work with the organisation leaders on prioritisation.
