Job description / Role
Working as part of the Transformation Program Office, your main responsibilities will be:
• Support the execution of the Transformation Programs by creating transparency and facilitating decision making on the program progress
• Managing the governance and controlling process for the project portfolio throughout the project lifecycle – from project planning (use case and business case development, milestone and end product planning, resource planning, benefits, etc.), ramp-up and execution, through to project closure
• Together with the Head of the Transformation Programs Office, enhance the ability of the Group IT organization to plan and execute the transformation of the organization
• Support the program planning process by preparing documents and analyses that allow management to prioritize initiatives
• Act as a key facilitator and multiplier of an execution driven culture in the organization through the support you provide to SVPs and project managers
Requirements
• IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required and banking qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
• 5+ years’ experience in Transformation Programs (Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Service/Process Improvement etc.)
• Experience working in an Lean/Agile/Kanban environment
