Job description / Role
- Responsibility Include in provide operations agency attendance for all husbandry vessel calling Port Rashid, Dubai Drydocks, Jebel Ali, DMC, Jadaf, Sharjah, Hamriyah, Ajman and Umm Ul Quwain
- Handling all husbandry vessels in conjunction with Manager – Husbandry Services and Offshore.
- Assisting in daily job allocations to Seaport Representatives and Shipping Assistants.
- Maintain good relations with Customers, Port Authorities, Suppliers, Immigration, Customs.
- Ensure official agency appointments are received, precise proforma sent for all calls prior every vessel’s call and sufficient funds are received.
- Distribution or correct allocation of Owner’s / Charterer’s expenses are established prior rendering services in order to avoid any disputes in Disbursements.
- Ensure pre-arrival, arrival, departure reports, Statement of facts sent on time on a daily basis with correct information.
- Booking and arranging berthing facilities with relevant Port Authorities and terminals.
- Assisting the Credit Control team in performing their duties by providing timely and precise information to collect sufficient pre-funding and collection of any outstanding from FDAs

Requirements
- Assist gathering market or commercial information relevant to husbandry business.
- Coordinating with Credit Control Team, to collect the funds prior arrival of the vessels and prior arranging the services.
- Sending notification of Vessel arrival to Port and Terminals.
- Ensure 100% VOSS compliance in handling all the vessels.
- Quick turnaround of the vessel in most efficient and professional manner.
- Accountable to implement and monitor the QHSSE requirements.
