Job description / Role
Quest is working with a large retailer looking for a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager (VM Manager) to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong VM background in handling homeware products across multiple stores in the UAE.
As a Senior VM Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement effective visual layouts and solutions
- Manage the VM calendar for the homeware category across multiple stores
- Coach and guide stores in executing VM strategies and ensuring that they are aligned with brand expectations
- Guide sales team in campaign initiatives such as display schemes, new product launches, promotions, etc.
- Liaise with retail managers
- Gather customer feedback and actionable insights
- Keep updated with latest homeware VM trends and competition
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager in the Retail sector – handling homeware products
- Strong visual merchandising / creative designing experience in operational and strategy layout
- Experience of working as an area / field merchandiser is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the market and knows the latest market trends
- Strong eye for detail and highly creative
- Excellent communication skills, Arabic is an advantage
- Drives own vehicle an advantage
