Job description / Role
• Works with host/hostesses to assign tables to servers in addition to waiting on their own tables
• Trains and supervises servers
• Ensures exceptional dining experience by serving food and beverages according to established recipe and presentation
• In charge of setting up tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins, replenishing condiments, and taking orders from the guests
• Monitors food distribution and ensures orders are delivered to the correct recipients and that guidelines such as those for special diets are followed
• Totals checks, presents it to the guests and accept payments
• Demonstrates full knowledge of the menu, specialties and current promotions in the restaurant
• Handles guests’ concerns professionally
Requirements
• Open to any nationals
• 40 years old and below
• High School Diploma or any equivalent field
• With at least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from casual/semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Must be proficient in English & customer service skills
• Candidates who can join in July 15 – August 1 will be preferred
