A Senior Waste Management Consultant is required to work in a busy environmental consultancy team serving a range of sectors including water, transport, built environment, energy and industrial projects. Our work is highly varied, providing services including ranging from policy development, EIA, environmental due diligence, permitting and environmental management to clients across the Middle East region and as such travel is an integral part of this role.
The team is also developing a strong track record in Waste Management Advisory Services and is looking to add locally based capability to the team. We are therefore seeking a Senior Consultant to act as lead technical advisor and project manager to deliver and develop existing advisory services to current and prospective clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
* Delivery of advisory services in waste management solutions development, procurement, and or financing;
* Provide a local interface with the wider waste management expertise within the Group;
* Communication and presentation to key stakeholders;
* Commercial management of projects;
* Development of new business leads and sales opportunities; and
* Development of new service streams and products for the regional waste market.

The ideal candidate will will have a proven ability to produce high quality deliverables to tight deadlines. They will work well in teams in fast changing environments but also be experienced enough to act independently. As a result they must have a flexible and positive attitude.
