SEO Executive

Job description / Role

The SEO executive will perform and deliver SEO projects for prospect Work stream and will work closely with project coordinators to maximize the traffic and improve the rankings. The SEO Executives will implement the SEO strategy to facilitate customer commercialization. The SEO specialist will lead web governance by monitoring search engine ranking, including the internal verity search engine as well as internet search engines, such as Google, MSN and Yahoo, and develop search-related reports. They will also ensure delivery of projects according to specifications, cost and timeline by liaising with production and collaborating .

Essential Job Functions:
- Create and deliver presentations
- Develop and maintain project plans to update management on status of campaigns
- Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, and hold weekly campaign status calls
- Uncover, understand and achieve client goals and business objectives through the customization of campaigns
- Proactively provide strategic recommendations applicable to the company business model and goals
- Work closely with the other teams
- Manage and optimize the search engine ranking of managed websites
- Monitor overall keyword ranking, acquisition rates and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- having a ability to content writing and support the implementation of mission-critical content.

Requirements

- Good command of SEO analysis software (Google webmaster tools, Google Analytics, Omniture and WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings
- Understanding of & experience with third party tracking tools such as DFA, Dart Search, Marin etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Tenacity, flexibility, dependability and the ability to grasp and manage the search engine marketing process
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Analytical and proficient in research and analysis
- 1-2 years of work experience in an SEO role
