SEO Specialist

Job description / Role

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and integrate keywords into content strategies.
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search rankings and user experience.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues like crawl errors, broken links, and page speed problems.
- Build and execute a backlink strategy to improve domain authority and overall search visibility.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure all digital assets adhere to SEO guidelines.
- Create SEO performance dashboards that track organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and other key metrics, integrating data from platforms like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush & more.
- Prepare and present actionable monthly SEO performance reports to the stakeholders.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to maintain a

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings in the UAE market.
- Expertise in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in Marketing agencies would be preferred.

Skills:
- Experience with localized SEO strategies.
- Knowledge of advanced technical SEO strategies like schema, canonicalization, mobile first optimization, page speed optimization, crawl budget optimization, XML sitemap, Robot.txt, core web vitals optimization, URL structure optimization, site architecture planning, GTM and more
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
