Position Title: Service Advisor
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A premium luxury car service center in Dubai.

Job Description:
• Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the workshop.
• Listen to customer concerns and complaints about their vehicle's performance, identify problems, and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance services.
• Schedule appointments with customers and ensure that their vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.
• Provide technical advice to customers including accurate estimates for repair costs, including parts and labor
• Keep customers informed of the status of their repairs, including any unexpected delays or additional repair that may be needed

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• 3 to 5 years experience with luxury automotive
• Must have an associate degree in mechanics or any related field
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
