Overview of the Role
Join our Aftersales team as a Service Advisor, where you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You’ll ensure every customer receives a warm welcome, clear communication, and a seamless service experience across our service locations in the UAE.
What You Will Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, recording their service needs accurately
- Provide detailed job explanations and cost estimates, preparing job cards and following up on workshop progress
- Obtain approvals for additional repairs, communicate any delays, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Clearly explain invoices and completed work to customers, guiding them through the process
- Promote value-added services and strive to achieve individual service and sales revenue targets
- Resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive ownership experience and high customer satisfaction scores
- Follow up on payments from credit customers and ensure timely billing and collections
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction
Required Skills to Be Successful
- DAE Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Consultant in a reputable automotive dealership
- Proficiency in PC skills/MS Office and the ability to use a Dealer Management System (DMS) with minimal training
- Technical understanding of automotive service requirements
About the Team
You’ll be part of a collaborative Aftersales department, reporting to the Assistant Aftersales Manager or Aftersales Manager. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining top scores in customer satisfaction and principal’s dealer clinic activities.
