Job description / Role
Our client is one the most well regarded international brands in the world. Their continued growth is phenomenal, which means they are looking to expand their Operations team by hiring a Service Assurance Specialist.
This role requires someone who has good problem solving skills with experience in finding workable solutions, has extremely strong attention to detail, excellent numerical and statistical ability with experience of collating complex data in meaningful formats. You will perform district level analysis of service related issues, including full root cause and trend analysis as well as develop reports that accurately summarize results.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will also provide clear and effective communication and explanations to the Operations team regarding changes needed to resolve diverse types of service issues or achieve required operational changes. In addition you will be someone who can provide classroom training to staff on aspects of quality and service assurance. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English as well as exceptional presentation skills are essential. You will need be someone who is quality focused with a good understanding of quality methodologies.
