Position Title: Service Center Team Leader
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premium luxury car service center in Dubai

Job Description:
• Performs visual inspection/diagnosis of vehicle, using various checklists, diagnosis tools, and aids during service reception, and dynamic testing, including test drives.
• Identifies the cause of the malfunction, documents on the database, diagnosis methods utilized, as well as proper work steps to resolve issues after thoroughly understanding vehicle history and/or contacting the service advisor for additional comments on malfunction.
• Transfers and explains the workshop to the concerned technicians, including generating the list of the required parts for repair work.
• Advises and supports workshop personnel in difficult diagnosis cases and may even perform the work himself in critical cases.
• Performs final inspection to ensure a degree of repairs, roadworthiness, functional reliability, and safety using various measuring instruments; may also conduct a final test drive.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Must have in depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
