Job description / Role
Salary: 30-35,000 AED + Car + standard benefits
Lead the product design and the commercial deployment of Vehicle Protection service contracts, for all car Brands in the market, in order to maximize Service Contracts’ volumes, penetration rates, and sold revenue / trading profit. Contribute to customer loyalty and Parts & Services turnover through other third party service contracts – when required.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Collect market needs in conjunction with the Network, Brand and Fleet & Used Dpt. in order to develop products according to the competitors’ benchmark.
• Develop new product contents and define pricing to assure volumes and profitability targets.
• Define reimbursement policy
• Define Terms & Conditions with local legal Department
• Define Business Case with local Finance Department
• Create commercial communication for dealers
• Define technical service communication supporting local Warranty Manager in the creation of Network instructions
• Define commercial pricing policy consistent with volumes and profitability targets
Guarantee customers and dealers product awareness through the development of an effective and consistent communication plan with:
• POS material (leaflets, posters, etc.)
• Web activity
• Dealer personnel Training (Web based and classroom courses development)
Guarantee customers and dealers product awareness through the development of an effective and consistent training plan, in cooperation with Training Dpt., with:
• Classroom training
• Web activity
• Define commercial policy and products objectives for each dealer (in terms of % penetration rate, # of contracts and sold revenue), customizing them according to product range availability and real effectiveness.
• Support Field force Manager to deploy the sales incentives for zone managers.
• Track market performance (sales and aftersales), analysing network opportunities and threats during periodical market commercial meetings. Basis on these analysis propose correction action both sales and after sales to guarantee the forecast volume and profitability target
• Monitor, review, amend revenue and penetration forecasts against local marketing plans, making tactical adjustments where necessary to comply with HQ objectives and producing regular detailed reports to keep senior management informed.
Requirements
• University Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in automotive industry
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Language: English & Arabic is required
• Business, commercial and pro-active approach
• Strong decision-making skills with an eye for strategic enhancement of the business.
• Excellent communication/facilitation skills to understand and address issues across multiple disciplines
• Project management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines
• Strong business acumen and proven leadership abilities engaging with individuals at all levels and across various regions of the organization
• Professional demeanor and behavior combined with a proactive and driven approach
