Job description / Role
To provide secretarial support to the Service Manager
To coordinate and arrange short term visas and to complete formalities as and when required for the service team.
To coordinate with service dept. staff for strict compliance of requirements on weekly/monthly time sheet preparation, scrutiny & cross check with other documents prior to submission for approval by the Service Manager
Ensure complete documentation regarding QHSE requirements ready for timely revision, periodical audit by internal & external auditors.
Requirements
- Should be a male candidate, degree holder & having 3-4 years of working experience within the similar role.
- Preference would be given from those from the marine industry
- Preferably those who are currently staying in Abu Dhabi.
- Good knowledge in using word, excel & power point.
- Good communication skill in English, both written & oral.
- Holding a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
