Service Coordinator

Job description / Role

The Service Coordinator will support the smooth execution of field, offshore, and international service activities by coordinating schedules, logistics, documentation, and communication across internal teams, customers, and external service providers.

This is a coordination-focused, non-technical role, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple service activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in a coordination, logistics, or administrative role, preferably within service, industrial, or Oil & Gas environments.
• Exposure to field service operations, offshore coordination, or international logistics is an advantage.
• Experience supporting technical teams is preferred; hands-on technical expertise is not required.
