Job description / Role
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the standards of performance
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and ability to recommend F&B combinations and up-sell alternatives
• Responsible for serving food and beverages and provide outstanding customer service
• Collect and process customer payments
• Keep work areas, such as food preparation areas and customer areas clean and organized
• Handle customer complaints and endorse them to the duty supervisor/manager
• Ensure speed and accuracy in serving food orders
• To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different locations of the F&B department
• Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting colleagues
• At least 2 years related experience
• Possess a high-flier over teamwork and communication
• Must have a high standard of customer service, cleanliness, keen to details and patience for customers
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Currently located in UAE
