Job description / Role
- Oversee and manage the delivery function for all outlets
- Forecast delivery volumes, by analyzing historical deliveries and budgets, to plan team size and staffing schedules for outlets
- Ensure timely delivery by effective scheduling and optimizing delivery routes
- Ensure proper handling of food during the delivery process to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Develop best practices in delivery services such as maintaining customer database
Requirements
Skill set:
- Strong understanding of F&B business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of operations
- Strong computer skills
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in F&B, with 2+ years experience in delivery supervisory role
Education:
- University degree
