Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To effectively manage the widespread manpower outsource operations and business development for airside clients.

Job responsibilities involve:
- Ensure customer policies, procedures and contractual agreement are consistently met.
- Responsible for all contractual agreements from an operational perspective and ensure realistic and practical commitments are made to clients.
- Consistently meet predetermined metrics to achieve business objectives and customer SLAs
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics and SLAs to the Management.
- Identify and resolve problem/situations arises at Airside operations and be a senior operations point of escalation.

- Administrative Support
• Ensures compliance with all applicable HSE statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation and review of goals and development plans for direct reports. Ensure accurate handling and completion of progress reviews on performance and development plans within agreed timescales and provide ongoing feedback.
• Ensure effective succession plans are in place and seek the development of direct reports up to and including moving them to different locations /services within the airside operations in order to maximize potential.

- Analysis and Reporting
• Ensure the team is performing the duties in line with set job descriptions, SOP & SLA’s.
• Ensure sharing of knowledge and best practices within the company
• Explore growth and business development opportunities with clients and increase revenue.

- Site Inspection and Audit
• Provide strategic guidance to the Team to ensure excellent service delivery to airside clients.
• Conducts HSE inspections and audits of dulsco operations at airport , cargo villages and related vehicle
• Promotes company HSE celebrations at client sites

Requirements

Ideal candidate :
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in related field.
- 8 - 10 yrs. of total work experience in service industry and preferably minimum 2 years’ experience with airport operations.
- The person should have worked in mid-sized BPO organizations and have experience in managing multiple teams executing complex operations.
- He/she should posses a track record of managing multiple teams / stakeholders
- Arabic speaking is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills

About the Company

The Dulsco story began in 1935 when Mohammed Khan Abdulla Mirza Abdulla, the father of the present Chairman of Dulsco, Abdul Aziz Mohammed Khan Abdulla, appointed some able-bodied men to row their dhows through the Dubai Creek to a British India Steam Navigation Company owned ship at anchor in the Arabian Gulf, and bring ashore its cargo of foodstuff and clothing. Our stevedoring service launched then is still one of the many services that we provide. We consider ourselves the oldest stevedoring company in Dubai.

By the 1970s and the opening of Port Rashid in Dubai, we were a full-fledged stevedoring company serving the port. We started providing more manpower services by the 80s and became one of the earliest human resource management companies in Dubai.

In the 90s we began providing manpower outsourcing services and later we added waste management and other services to our portfolio. In 2005, Dulsco became a limited liability company and expanded its services to include all the emirates and neighbouring Gulf countries and today is one of the foremost HR solutions provider and recruitment agencies in Dubai.
