Job description / Role
Key Activities
- Formulating, organizing and monitoring all tracks
- Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives
- Manage issue, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for all vendors
- Resolve conflicts across tracks and with stakeholders as applicable
- Prepare and submit reports for each track
- Able to prioritize, multi-task and deliver without requiring follow-ups
- Able to analyze and understand the issues and provide solutions
- Understands Technology
- Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar IT related field
- ITIL V3.0 or 4.0,
- PMP or Prince 2 certified
Key Skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
