Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role will provide the first point monitoring, management, troubleshooting and escalation for the 24x7 NOC Operation that runs with 3 shifts. Knowledge and experience with NOKIA DWDM and SAM technologies is a key requirement. The resources should also be familiar with the ITSM tools such as Remedy and Entuity.

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
