Job description / Role
Our client a UAE Public Organization based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a talented IT Service Desk Engineer for 6 months extendable contract.
• The Service Desk Engineer is responsible for onsite service and support needs for our customers.
• This relates to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.
• Must be available immediately.
• Corporate main office experience.
• Service Desk experience and Service Now
• Either based in AD or willing to relocate there
• Bachelor’s Degree must be in IT field.
• SD and ITSM team experience
• Experience in corporate environments
• Service Desk L2 Engineer
