Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Gulf Commercial Group – Digital Imaging & Office Services Solutions is looking for Sales Account Managers. As an Account Manager you will be required to identify and approach Named clients, territory or Market sector develop the potential sale and follow up with an efficient and competitive offer within the company guidelines on services standards. Follow up with both new and existing clients. Assure continuous and acceptable revenue. Report market developments to the market intelligence / marketing team on an on-going basis.

Purpose and scope: Customer Service & Satisfaction, Equipment Service, Service Revenue Generation

Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Ensure the Optimum Customer Satisfaction
- Attend the Service Calls within committed Response Time
- Be Polite with the Customer, meet the In-charge of the machine before the repair and update the concerned in the semi Technical Language about the repairs carried out
- Always Approach the Customer with a Smile and ‘Customer is Always Right’ attitude.
- Honor the Promises given to Clients Equipment Repair
- Make a Note of the Problem Described by the Machine In-Charge
- Approach the problem in the order of a small component to big module.
- Shall Fix the Root Cause of the Problem, not just the Symptom of the problem, which will avoid the problem to repeat.
- Follow the Troubleshooting and Dismantling procedures defined in Service Manual; avoid Trial & Error methods.
- Request the Spares required in time and Follow up on the Pending Calls for Spares.
- Escalate the Technical Assistance required calls in time
- Upgrade the machine Firm wares in time
- Providing the Customer Training as and when required; especially during Installation of New Equipment.
- Escalate the Mishandlings and unsafe site conditions (Earthing, Dust, Heat etc.) to the machine in-charge and Service Manager
- Capture the Service Activity in Service Report in detail and take the Equipment In-Charge signature.

Service Revenue Generation
- Engineer shall be Revenue Oriented: Cost Saving & Revenue Generation.
- Focus on making a reasonable Estimation on non-contractual machines; Explain to the Customer about the outcome & Advantage in replacement of the Estimated Item. Timely submission of Quotation requests, Follow up until they are closed, necessary Documentation is done and payment are received.
- Focus on Recycling; Repair and Reuse of the Used Modules.
- Complete the Meter Reading calls in time; the delayed MRs will lead to lose of Revenue.
- Carry out the Preventive Maintenance Calls as per the schedule, Lack of the PMs will lead to penalties
- Look for the opportunities for Consumable Sales and Contract Conversions and provide the Leads to Service Manager
- Advising the Customer on Trade-in of their old equipment with a new one and submit the Equipment Sale Needs to the Service Manager.

Requirements

- Excellent English.Past Work Experience
- 4 years related industry.Academic
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Diploma in IT. Functional Skills
