Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Business Manager for the IP AUH branch, responsible for overseeing the Service Business for labor and parts, including Air Products, Warehouse Products, Tools, and Accessories. This role will support services within the assigned territory of Abu Dhabi, ensuring the achievement of the division's strategic and tactical objectives. A solid knowledge base and hands-on experience with centrifugal compressors is required, and prior experience with Ingersoll Rand Centac machines will be a distinct advantage.
What You Will Do:
- Contribute to revenue growth, parts sales, and customer engagement through effective parts sales process management, thereby increasing customer retention and implementing efficient distribution strategies.
- Identify and target lost customers and new sales opportunities, initiating action plans to secure new business for the division.
- Proactively manage customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery, taking into account lead times, product specification changes, and customer demand.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts within the industry.
- Oversee every element of the sales process on an individual level, ensuring thorough engagement and follow-through.
- Lead a team of After Sales Engineers and Service Managers, effectively managing the engagement of technicians to optimize their utilization and performance outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest regulations, standards, and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by monitoring supply and demand trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Strong product knowledge of various types of compressed air system equipment and related accessories, along with their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to customers.
- Sound business acumen with strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in territory mapping and management to optimize sales efforts.
- Team player with demonstrated team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

What Equips You for the Role:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in services related to compressors, dryers, winches, BOP hoists, and tools.
- Relevant experience in the UAE or Middle East region in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in the service of compressed air system equipment and projects, including Ingersoll Rand winches, man riders, and BOP hoists.
- Familiarity with various techno-commercial aspects of the business, including experience in Ingersoll Rand Centac services.
- Experience in handling techno-commercial contracts and special long-term service agreements with oil and gas customers.
- Proven track record of managing teams of five or more technicians or service supervisors, driving high performance and team effectiveness.
