Job description / Role
Client are a leading Kitchen and Laundry supply company based in Dubai handling commercial customers in the region. They are looking to appoint a new Service Manager to oversee the aftersales division. The position will include managing current service contracts as well as handling business development for new contracts as well as directly and indirectly handling teams of up to 20 technicians and other staff. You will also be the champion of growth for the division, managing increasing business and hiring new employees as the revenues increase.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience working in the commercial kitchen supplies industry
- Degree holder in a relevant subject
- Proven track record in managing teams ranging from 5-20 people
- Capable of handling business development
- Must be willing to work a 6 day working week
