Employment: Full Time

Service Manager - FAMCO - Abu Dhabi

As a part of the After Sales team, your responsibilities as a Service Manager will be managing service operation in Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain & Western Region region with continuous improvement of efficiency, cost effectiveness, while maximizing productivity.

Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:
- Revenue & Turnover
- Productivity & Efficiency
- Customer Relations & CSI
- Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Care
- Team Building & Competence development

Requirements

- Bachelor in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering (BE); with MBA is preferable.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction Equipment Industry, with minimum 5 years as Service Manager with a reputed dealership/distributor.

Job-Specific Skills:
- In-depth product knowledge & technical awareness of Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicles & Automotive industry.
- Effective leadership to keep team engaged/motivated.
- Effective communicate abilities, including full English language proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of accounting & finance.
- Familiarity with CE industry & professional standards.
- Awareness of Health, Safety & Environment standards and requirements.
- Analytical thinking & decision making abilities.
