Position Title: Service Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading Modernize Elevators and Escalators Installer in the UAE
Job Role:
- Oversees all elevator and escalator maintenance contracts
- Supervises Service Field Managers, Engineers, Coordinators, Call Canter and employees by providing direction and training, and communicating company policies, procedures and objectives
- Visits job sites and performs quality audits to ensure that route work is being completed efficiently and, in a cost, effective manner
- Uses accounting reports to review route management and call backs which includes, making necessary changes to improved profitability
- Maintains the repair backlog healthy by completing the repairs and producing enough opportunities
- Administers company safety program
- Follows ASSA, SBO, Critical Items & PCI closeouts
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of field service operations experience in the elevator industry; operations management and supervisory experience is a must
- Strong mechanical reasoning & comprehension skills
- Key skills – excellent customer service, negotiation, project management and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic language
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
