Service Operations Manager – Automotive Business (Arabic Speaking)

Job description / Role

• MENA service operation and development management
• Management of Distributor’s Channel status/plan, Profile
• Establish MENA Service Strategy and Planning
• Manage Service Operation and KPI Management
• Field Quality issue management
• Management of Service Budget
• Weekly report of status and activities

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: car + bonus + family benefits

Requirements

• More than 7 years of automotive experience in service operation
• Fluency in Arabic/English and French language is an advantage
• Experience in Middle East and Africa
