Job description / Role
Key responsibility for the position includes logistics for large and sensitive information security projects and handling complex license and logistics tasks with international clients and suppliers.
- Identify renewal opportunities
- Request quotation from vendors and distribution
- Prepare proposals and contract drafts for customers
- Issue service contracts for customers
- Keep individual customer installed base information up to date
- Keep data bases for assets and contracts up to date
- Interact with help AG Business Development Managers, distributors, vendors and if necessary customers
- Responsibility of all shipments to customers
- Responsibility for internal tracking of stock / spare and corporate inventory
- Handling all customs duty and related transactions
- Coordination of all company internal shipments / transportation
- Review customer and supplier contracts and highlight possible concerns
- Develop and negotiate agreements with suppliers, suggest strategy and changes
Requirements
- Excellent English, Arabic beneficial
- Accurateness and Precision with Lists, Tasks and Data
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Excellent Comprehensive skills
- Mindful and Proactive
- Good understanding of professional IT-Products and Licensing
- Very good MS-Office Skills
- Sharepoint Skills beneficial
- Experience with customs & logistics in the UAE
- Enjoy working in a team and with customers
- 5 years working experience in the UAE Experience
