Job description / Role
Service Coordinator for Multi National Industrial Refrigeration Firm.
• Service offer preparation including service visits, service contracts, spare parts, PLC & control systems, retrofit equipment (controllers & packages), replacement units, service project, compressor overhauling etc.
• Follow-up and negotiate with customer.
• Order processing and follow-up.
• Follow-up with factory/supplier/customer for delivery in coordination with logistics
• Invoicing and closing of orders.
• Weekly order and offer reporting
• Monthly progress reporting.
• Project/Order management in ERP system.
• Monthly/weekly review of projects/order status and closing of orders
• Coordinate service calls, service jobs, service contracts.
• Coordinate Service Projects (e.g. retrofit, replacement, overhauling, maintenance etc.) until handover/finish the project successfully.
• Warranty registration, processing and follow-up
• Technical support to service team & maintenance team and customer.
• Service schedule management and planning as per job requirement
Requirements
• Mechanical Engineer with 5 years experience in Service Coordination in Refrigeration Industry.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Clear English communication skills required( Verbal and Written).
• Strong MS office and reporting skills required.
