Settlement Supervisor

Job description / Role

- Responsible for monitoring the fund changes in the account of the Agent Region, and applying for fund recharge in time
- Be responsible for opening accounts of franchisee outlets, and confirm the receiving status with the fund team, and pre-recharge accounts of franchisee outlets in time
- Responsible for maintaining the closing system amount, alert amount, and daily withdrawal limit of the newly opened outlets
- Responsible for maintaining the relevant information of the public account, including the person in charge of finance, contact number, account name, bank of account, associated bank card number, etc
- Maintained basic quotation information at the agent level, including standard freight, transit fee, operation fee, delivery fee, etc
- Checked customer information of self-operated outlets and maintained quotation
- According to the business process and settlement logic, timely find and follow up the abnormal problems of system settlement and report them to the headquarters, promote the continuous optimization and improvement of the system, and improve the accuracy and rationality of expense settlement
-According to the financial work needs and the goal of improving work efficiency and accuracy, find out the unreasonable and imperfect system functions, and report to the headquarters to optimize system functions and improve the financial work efficiency and accuracy
- Transshipment fees receivable at the agency area level and abnormal bills of trans-regional transit fees
- Operation fee receivable at the agent area level, cross-area operation fee, large package operation fee receivable, and abnormal bill payable for large package operation fee
-Abnormal bill of agent construction package fee of the center at the agency area level
- Audit the expenses and bills of self-operated outlets
- Connected with franchisees, assisted to solve financial settlement problems of franchisees in a timely manner, answered questions, and solved doubts
- Organize and promote financial settlement training after the end of each month, organize and franchisee to check the settlement data and billing data
- Responsible for checking and following up the collection of monthly statement customer bills of self-operated branches
- Be responsible for the follow-up check of the cash collection and the collection of arrears of the self-operated branches, make the daily check and settlement of the cash collection, and clarify the responsibilities the agency area to franchisee's various policies archiving
- Responsible for withholding the current policy data of the agency region
- Responsible for the implementation of various policies in the agency area, such as face order discount, distribution subsidy, incentive reward and punishment, branch subsidy, etc
- Responsible for analyzing and collecting the differences between withholding data and actual execution data, etc

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5 years’ years familiar with the settlement method of the express logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Advances Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Highly detail-oriented
