SharePoint Engineer - Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

- Provide second level support for above listed business applications
- Work to resolve open support tickets raised by first line of support because they cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact.
- Ability to execute and carry out the required technical work to bring out a resolution to the initial issue.
- Communicate closely with first line of support through companies ticketing system in order to deliver solid service to end users.

Requirements

- Receive the issues from the application owner
- Replicate and Investigate all reported issues
- Fix any issues that do not require code change (configuration, scripts, etc.)
- Deploying the fixes on both staging and production environments
- Training the new super users
- Perform Changes to applications in coordination with ADEK internal teams.
- Maintain source code of above listed business applications
- Maintain the health above listed business applications
- Provide additional or refreshing technical training to end users on how to use and manage the applications.
- Perform other Software related tasks as required by the business.
- Understand and verify the functional/ non-functional Requirements of the software
- Understand the software design strategies and method Model for the system structure and behavior
- Design database schema and initially builds it
- Defines system overview and architecture
- Formulates and develops the physical architecture, logical and external interfaces
- Set up and build the working environment, as in configuration management plan
- Perform coding using software building tools
- Creates unit test cases
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Need a bilingual resource (Arabic and English)
