Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Shift Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain hotel facility equipment according to safety, preventive and reactive maintenance systems

What you will be doing:

- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property's facilities and equipment
- Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
- Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow Hotel safety and security policy and procedures;
- Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Electrical, AC and Plumbing. Any additional skills will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
