Position Title: Shipping Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Job Description:
- Manage the shipping and logistics operations for materials and equipment required for real estate projects
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to ensure smooth transportation and timely deliveries
- Monitor shipment schedules and track shipments to ensure timely arrival and correct documentation and negotiate with freight carriers to secure competitive rates and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and handle the documentation required for imports and exports
- Liaise with the procurement and project teams to plan shipment schedules in line with project timelines

Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE customs regulations and international shipping procedures is a must
