The Shop Manager in our Sales Department should perform his/her duties but not limited to the below responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

* Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
* Manage day-to-day shop operations
* Drive Sales growth and maximize profitability by reaching sales targets
* Contribute to the success of the overall shop
* Maintain window dressing and in-store displays
* Possess an excellent product knowledge at all times and keep it updated with the latest trends and techniques
* Maintain a positive attitude with the customers under all circumstances and deliver outstanding customer service
* Keep existent and potential customers posted with new collections along with a follow up call on a timely manner
* Work on alteration and deliver the goods on time
* Ensure customers’ satisfaction at all times and report on CRM system
* Update the CRM system with orders, keep customers’ database updated and follow up on customers’ orders until delivery and check satisfaction level to report on CRM
* Motivate, lead, empower and coach the team to bring out the best and the highest presentation standards
* Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer on performance and customer satisfaction
* Keep an accurate stock in the flagship and perform monthly physical inventory count
* Replenish the flagship with inventory when necessary
* Keep the flagship clean, handle the stock in an appropriate order and assess visual merchandising
* Ensure the security of the premises, stock and cash
* Issue monthly, seasonal and yearly reports
* Handle the flagship’s petty cash with efficiency and other administrative responsibilities
* Check emails on a daily basis and take action accordingly with the coordination of the Chief Commercial Officer
* Coordinate with Saiid Kobeisy Lebanon Management and mainly with Chief Commercial Officer on all tasks, issues and requirements
* Respect company policies and procedures and keep confidentiality of the sales results, budget and other information
* Represent the brand in the best image
* Wear the uniform of the company, respect the grooming protocol and adhere the dress code of the company
* Perform other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor

Requirements

Qualifications:

* 5-7 years in relevant experience preferably in luxury retail fashion industry
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing from an accredited college/university
* Knowledge of visual merchandising
* Great Microsoft Excel knowledge, CRM Knowledge is a plus
* English is must. Arabic is preferable. French or other language is a plus
