Shop Supervisor

Job description / Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our coffee shop team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high customer service standards, and drive sales growth in a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Handle inventory management, including stock ordering and control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
- Collaborate with management to implement business strategies and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment at all times.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or retail industry, preferably in a coffee shop, at least a minimum of 2 years.
- Female candidate is an advantage
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food service.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
