Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Drive Beiersdorf vision of POS Excellence
• Maximize offtake on Eucerin through developing best in class POSM with close co-ordination of Eucerin team.
• Develop & plan in conjunction with Partners, Business Manager and Sr. Brand Manager sales/merchandizing tools for Eucerin
• Deliver launch support, promotion planning & analysis, distribution & share gap analysis & necessary POSM trainings to distribution partner teams
• Help deliver sales, market share & category growth for Eucerin

Planograms & Assortment
• Develop brand planograms with period updates.
• Develop must stock list (MSL) with input from Business Manager.

Launch Support
• Develop go-to-market material with close collaboration with Sr. Band Manager & Medical Manager.
• Follow up with partners on all aspects related to launches – listings, execution updates, POS execution.

Yearly Promotions Planning / Management
• Develop yearly promotional plan in alignment with Business Manager and countries.
• Work with Procurement to ensure promotional packaging & POS reaches all markets within agreed timelines.

Budgeting & Promotion Evaluation
• Efficiently track & manage Marketing, Sales and S&CM mktg budgets as allocated by the Business Manager and extend support to all 3 functions. Ensure Beiersdorf cost policies are applied, optimizing quality & price.

Data Analysis
• Prepare monthly reports – IMS/NS analysis, SSR compilation on country level, Nielsen reporting.

Agency co-ordiantion
• Liaise with external agencies for all topics related to artwork brief, and all scope related to BTL.

Ad hoc projects
• As defined by the Business Manager. I.e. coordinate yearly distributor’s conference.

Requirements

• BA in Business Administration from an accredited University
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Dermocosmetics / FMCG within Sales/Trade marketing.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern consumers & knowledge of Profile of Middle Eastern Trade
• Extensive experience & knowledge of working & mindset of Distributor based organisations
• Capacity to drive projects involving different groups with different mind sets.

Skills:
• Language: English/ Arabic
• PC/IT: Intermediate to Advanced level of computer literacy.
• Proficiency in SAP & MS Office Applications required.
• Previous experience on Spaceman & extensive knowledge of Market Data software (eg Nielsen, Euromonitor).
