Reports to
Shopper Marketing Manager UAE Oman

Main purpose of the role
Execute and analyze customer/channel specific category off shelf plans based on category plan and shopper insights to reach Set KPIs output of IBP

Main accountabilities
• Execute & Analyze category monthly and Quarterly Plan for Set Category across Channels' in UAE :
• Customer Marketing & Brands Plan roll out of set Quarter and monthly Plan
• After Activity Review with Analysis on the Category Performance in Set Accounts
• Managing the Set Category budget for the Month ( TMI & P)
• Set Measure of success KPIs for all activities and ensure compliance with SMollens & Sales Team
• Define Customer Marketing opportunities solutions For Driving Market Development And differentiation n in Store
• Update the Scorecard and execute the output of JBP for related Category Activations by Customer
• Manage Related Activities Permits in Store, Promoters Deployments .
• Run customer specific off shelf solutions with "Point " and develop a cost saving model on a FY Bases versus set spends
• Coordinate with catops to ensure the alignments of Category promo plan versus activations
• Lead Updating related Category TCPs along with Customer Audit & Step for set Categories
• Conduct biweekly market visits
• Ensure monitoring competition activities in terms of innovations, activities & CTA
• Provide support to account executive in Adhoc Requests of POSM for Off Shelf .

• Trade Marketing Executive
• Merchandising 3rd party unit
